With decades of successful Executive Employment and Business Law experience, Nicholas F. Esposito provides both transactional and litigation support to help you make informed decisions, mitigate risks, and resolve disputes effectively.

Esposito collaborates and strategizes with clients in focused fields of law, including Executive Employment and Termination Agreements; Director & Officer fiduciary duty and governance; and white-collar internal investigations. Esposito is a seasoned litigator, trial lawyer and negotiator in federal and state courts.

Esposito co-founded the firm in 1979, and for over 45 years has earned recognition as a steadfast and strategic advocate. “It is my responsibility to engage with client needs before issues escalate,” Esposito says. Executives look to Esposito to navigate their pressing challenges — whether litigation or risk strategy.

A respected member of the legal community, Esposito has served on the Illinois Supreme Court’s Board of Admissions Character and Fitness Committee and held leadership roles on numerous civic and nonprofit boards, including the James Jordan Foundation and RML Specialty Hospital. “Giving back is a responsibility, privilege, and a joy,” Esposito offers.

Esposito earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Xavier University (OH), after attending Fenwick High School.
